Pen spinning is pretty neat
Before I list the tricks I can do I'd like to talk about notation.
Slots:
Slots describe where the pen is on your hand.Each finger is assigned a number except the thumb.
- 1=Pointer or Index(whatever you call it)
- 2=Middle
- 3=Ring
- 4=Pinky
- T=Thumb
- Tf=Thumb flap(the space between your Thumb and the squishy part of your hand)
When you put these numbers and letters together(minus the the Thumb flap that one is always by itself)you can find out where the trick happens on your hand without even seeing it.
tricks also usually have shortened names for use in combo breakdowns. For example, Thumbaround can be shortened to Ta.
There are also modifiers for tricks:
- Reverse(the trick backwards)
- Inverse(the other side of the hand)
- Fingerless(only momentum gained is from wrist)
- Counter(first half of trick normal and second half in reverse)
- Continuous(executed multiple times without stop)
- Harmonic(done forwards and reverse continuously)
